Damaged Product:

Your product will be insured for its full value through the freight company. This insurance covers theft and mysterious disappearance, BUT NOT DAMAGE INCURRED DURING SHIPMENT.

Always examine the product carefully at the time of delivery and have the driver note any damage, no matter how insignificant! This nearly always guaranties payment from the carrier. If damage is discovered later the carrier will send an inspector, BUT YOU MUST HAVE THE BOX AND THE UNUSED PRODUCT ON HAND FOR INSPECTION.

Many times we may re-ship you a new item while the claim is in process. NEOPlex Manufacturing will do all the paperwork and file the claim in your behalf.

Defective Product:

Product sold on www.neoplexonline.com comes with a 30 day manufacturer’s warranty. If issue or defect is found with product within 30 calendar days from delivery date please immediately contact our customer service department via email at info@rtboxes.com or give us a call at 800-451-9779 between 8:00 am and 4:00 PM.

Our customer service department may require images or a return of the item in question. If a return is necessary NEOPlex Manufacturing may supply a pre-paid return label via email or mail for the return process.

Buyer’s Remorse:

Neoplex Manufacturing is able to accept returns on UNOPENED or LIKE NEW product within 30 calendar days from date of delivery. Always call for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA). Items returned without an RA will be refused. NEOPlex Manufacturing does not accept COD returns.

Unused product that is determined by NEOPlex Manufacturing not to be defective may incur a 20% restocking fee. Custom products, generally, are NOT returnable for less than a 50% restocking fee.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used upon receipt and inspection of the returned items. An email confirmation of the refund will be submitted to the email address provided on the original order. Refunds generally appear on your bank statement within 1-5 business days, depending on the card or institution the customer does business with.

Cancellations & Changes:

Cancellations and changes to orders must be made within 24 hours or prior to shipping, whichever comes first. Orders cannot be cancelled and changes cannot be made to the order or shipping destination once the order has been shipped.
