Fed Ex Tracking Instructions:  

Thank you for choosing NEOPlex Online.  In order to better serve you we have integrated Fed Ex’s Ship Manager to give your purchased product real time visibility from the time it leaves the warehouse, until the time it is delivered to your door. 

1. Start by clicking on the Fed Ex truck icon. This will take you to the Fed Ex tracking web site.
2. Roll your mouse across “Track” tab located on the top of the page.
3. If you have a tracking number simply click on the “track by tracking number”, If you don’t have your tracking number click on “track by reference”
    a. If you have your tracking number:
    b. Paste your tracking number in box allotted, and click the tracking button.
4. If you don’t have your tracking number:
    a. After you have clicked the “track by reference” tab you must list the country you are located and the zip code the package is getting delivered to.

NOTE: In the reference box available you have the option to either type the name of the person or business name listed on the “ship to” location. Correct spelling is needed. 

5. After all 3 fields are filled in, simply click on the purple “track” button. 

Shipping Fees:
Shipping and handling charges are just under a flat 14% (Min $6) to anywhere in the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will cost more on a case by case basis. We will figure the exact cost to those areas and notify you of the exact charge for your approval.

Your product will be insured for it's full value through the freight company. This insurance covers theft and mysterious disappearance, BUT NOT DAMAGE INCURRED DURING SHIPMENT.

Always examine the product carefully at the time of delivery and have the driver note any damage, no matter how insignificant! This nearly always guaranties payment from the carrier. If damage is discovered later the carrier will send an inspector, BUT YOU MUST HAVE THE BOX AND THE UNUSED PRODUCT ON HAND FOR INSPECTION.

Immediately call 1-800-451-9779 ext 200 (or 1-360-423-1840 outside the US) and we will guide you through the procedure, and, many times re-ship you a new item while the claim is in process. R&T will do all the paperwork and file the claim in your behalf.
Always call for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA). Items returned without an RA will be refused. Unused product that is determined by R&T not to be defective will incur a 20% restocking fee. Custom products, generally, are NOT returnable for less than a 50% restocking fee.
