Shipping Information:

In-stock product generally ships either the same day or following business day, depending on when the order is placed. If standard shipping is selected product will ship either USPS Mail or FedEx at NEOPlex Manufacturing’s discretion, depending on the size and weight of the product. Please ensure that the address provided can accept either method of shipping or note which method is required in the comments section if there are any special requirements for shipping.

Please note that comments or special shipping methods may require extra attention or cause slight delay in ship date.

Express Orders:

Express Orders (2nd Day Air or Overnight) ship the same day as long as product is in stock and the order is placed before 12:00 noon PST. Any Express Orders placed after 12:00 noon PST will ship the following business day.

Out-of-stock or custom Express Orders will ship the first day that the product becomes available in our warehouse. If our warehouse is currently out-of-stock on a product associated with an Express order, a customer service rep will contact the customer regarding an out-of-stock product as soon as possible.

Freight Shipments:

Some product available on our website or orders will be unable to ship via FedEx or USPS Mail due to weight or size restrictions. Such shipments may require freight shipping. Please ensure you are checking your freight shipment for damages before signing and note any damages. Please open all freight shipments right away; any concealed damages must be reported to us within 5 business days of receipt or NEOPlex will be unable to file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping & Handling charges for shipments based in the contiguous US are based on shipment size and weight. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are available, but may require a manual quote from a customer service rep.
