This 3' x 5' Polyester Flag is made from a light-weight but durable polyester with an open weave that reduces fabric stress and resists high winds. It is double-stitched all the way around and features brass grommets for hanging, attached to the flag with a reinforced header cloth for extra durability. The polyester fabric looks like a coarse cotton, resists fraying and is designed for indoor or outdoor use. This features a single-sided print in bright, vivid colors. Single-sided prints are printed on one side with a bleed through of about 90% color intensity on the back side; which means the graphics can still be seen but will be reversed.

The Connecticut flag, which is among one of the most ancient flags, was originally used during the Revolutionary War when Connecticut troops used this seal on their flag. The flag consisting of a blue field with the arms in the center was officially adopted in 1895 after pressure from the Daughters of the American Revolution. On June 3, 1897 it was regulated that the arms should be in color in the center of a field of azure blue.
