When it comes to advertising your business, you may have never thought of using flags before. But if you think about it, you’ve seen advertising flags in at least a dozen places before. Car dealerships are notorious for having those small triangle flags all in a row, flapping in the breeze. Or you may have seen the much larger flags sitting at the entrance of a fair or a special event. Banner flags are a type of advertising flag that can be used either with a standard message on it, or you can use customized banner flags printed with your own unique message. These advertising flags are usually a bit smaller and often, several of them will be used at once to flap in the wind and attract your customer’s attention. They are usually all lined up with a polyester string so that they can all stay in line together when they are hung up.
You can also buy advertising flags that can stand on their own and attract just as much attention. These can be great at fish and flea markets, when vendors want to quickly display what they’re selling; when you need to differentiate between your different products such as where cars are and where RVs are; or if you want to advertise a sale but only need one or two advertising flags to do it.
Feather flags are advertising flags that are a great deal larger than banner flags; usually they’re about fifteen feet tall. These flags can be placed outside of your business on a pole or they can be mounted right onto the tire of a car, so you can advertise whenever you’re driving around town - and in a big way too! Feather flags are typically very lightweight so that they can move as much as possible, which is what catches the customer’s eye.
